BKHM is currently accepting resumes for the position firm administrator. Candidates should have a strong background and experience in human resource management, bookkeeping, cash management, employees benefits and reporting compliance.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for all aspects of payroll including semimonthly preparation (using outside payroll service)
- Responsible for HR: compliance, manuals, offer letters, intake/discharge
- Responsible for firm accounting, financial statements and cash management
- Manage employee benefit plans, policies and related questions and issues
- Manage all other insurance policies, claims, questions, including non-employee insurance (professional liability, cyber liability, etc.)
- Assistance with billings and cash collections
- Prepare firm tax reports and 401(k) reporting
- Oversee firm licenses and permitting
- Recruiting support
This is a full-time position, reporting to the managing shareholder. Some remote working available, but strong in-office presence required. Previous experience in administrative and HR management in a professional service firm environment required. Attractive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.
