Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 Commensurate with Experience
Position Summary: This position serves as the Bureau Chief of Human Resources in the Administrative Services Division. The Human Resources Administrator will lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources Office, including planning, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff to ensure compliance and implementation of the Office of the Attorney General’s mission. These functional areas include Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Classification/Organizational Management, Retirement, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Parking Assignments.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and six years of professional personnel experience.
A master's degree from an accredited college or university with major course of study in business, public administration, communications, education or one of the social or behavioral sciences can substitute for one year of the required experience.
Professional or nonprofessional experience in a personnel program can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education

Manages and coordinates all administrative, programmatic, and operational activities of the Human Resources Office. Responsible for implementing, supervising, and coordinating the personnel services function in support of the programs and services of the Office of the Attorney General, Department of Legal Affairs, for the State of Florida.
