Benefits Specialist
This position requires strong written and interpersonal communication with all levels in the organization. Must take responsibility for all aspects of company benefits including company policies. Should perform work in a manner that demonstrates an awareness and skills required for the position.
Responsible for all benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, retirement plans and annual benefits open enrollment
Assist, advise, and counsel employees on benefit-related questions via email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions.
Partner with our payroll department to ensure accuracy of benefit deductions
Conducts meetings between brokers and upper management.
