Onsite in Chantilly, VA on rotational weekly basis and for all of initial 4-5 weeks of training . Rest of work on non-rotational weeks can be done remotely.
This is a technical support role- candidates will need 1-2 years of CSR experience in troubleshooting and online IT support via phone.
This role is mainly troubleshooting Peraton's credentialing system. This is a probable temp to perm role. Onsite address is 15052 Conference Center Drive Chantilly, VA 20151 Hours are any time between 7 am to 7 pm Mon through Fri.
Need to be available for any 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm but training will be 8am-5pm.
