Job Summary:
Perform clerical and administrative duties for the Human Resource Department, including but not limited to front desk reception, assisting applicants and associates, data entry, and filing.

Education & Experience:
Two years' recent experience working with general ledger systems and related subsidiary systems, (i.e. accounts receivable, accounts payable).
Assist with accounts payable and bank reconciliations.Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.Creation of monthly invoice upload.
Processes journal entries including approval and correction of entries.Participates in the planning and establishment of budgets, goals and objectives.
