SUMMARY: The HR Administrative Assistant will assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department and team. He/she will handle a variety of administrative tasks and activities on behalf of department including answering inbound calls, assisting with records maintenance, and running reports as needed. He/she must display a friendly, professional, and service-oriented image to those within and outside the organization. Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Two years of relevant human resources/administrative experience is preferred.
License/Certification: Valid driver’s license required.
Language Skills: Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Highly computer literate with capability with MS Office including Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word. Familiarity with HRIS or HRMS.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to organize and manage personal workload. Strong attention to detail. Ability to accurately follow instructions.
