Overview:
This position is responsible for performing Human Resources (HR) related duties in some or all the following functional areas: administering Team Member COVID-19 testing, documentation and follow up of COVID-19 case management, communicating/ auditing team member time and attendance, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and/or proctor COVID-19 testing for TMs while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
- Respond to employee questions regarding Covid-19 isolation periods and return to work eligibility/ procedures.
- Partner with DC HR Business Partner, DC Operations and SSC Compliance Department to assist on representing Tractor Supply Company (TSC) for any Covid-19 case management questions.
- Facilitate and/or provide reporting to DC leadership- specifically but not limited to Covid-19 reporting, Time Card Audit and Reconciliation, and other HR Audit processes
- Recommend new administrative processes as needed to DC HR
- Maintain working relationships with all DC team members and adheres to all TSC policies and procedures by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies related to safe working conditions.
- Assist in TSC Benefits open enrollment and other benefits related initiatives
- Assist in tracking TM training and maintaining team member files
- Serve as point of contact for team members on payroll related matter
- Assist with information collection pertaining to safety violations and investigations.
- Execute other duties as assigned by HRBP.
Qualifications:
Experience
: 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.
Education : Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications : None.
Other knowledge, skills or abilities :
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to effectively coach team members and management through complex and difficult issues.
- Ability to research and analyze various types of data information.
- Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues
Working Conditions
- Normal office working conditions.
- Required to walk the DC on a daily basis involving a physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with warehouse operation.
