I.
General Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing general human resources tasks that may include recruitment, benefits, and leave administration.

Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting process to find new candidates for all current Dobbs Truck Group positions.
- Uphold all company processes related to hiring, internal transfers, and promotions.
- Create offer letters to extend to new candidates.
- Assist in the interviewing process as needed.
- Support benefits, workers’ compensation, and leave administration
- Assist the HR team as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 18 years of age.
- High school graduate/GED.
- 1 year in an HR environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS office suite
III.
Desired Job Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, sense of urgency, personable, and dependable.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise, and persuasive communicator.

Mental Capability Requirements:
- Comprehension: Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information.
- Organization: Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule on short-term basis (more than 1 month).
- Reasoning & Decision Making: Ability to apply common sense in performing job.
- Communication: Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, loudly, and quickly.
- Mathematics: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, record, balance, and check results for accuracy.
